History

PVC: At present, the following production units are operating: twelve extrusion lines, an automatic PVC compound dosing, mixing and feeding system, a system of recycling of waste products in the form of splitting and sifting.

In this production area four series of window and door systems from KRAUSS PVC materials are manufactured. The system width of these profiles can be 58 and 70 mm with a number of chambers amounting to 3 and 5.

The total output capacity exceeds 18,000 tons of finished goods per year.

AL: At present, the following production units are put in operation: three press complexes, two heat treat and ageing furnaces, a non-chromate passivation preparation line, two electrostatic polymer powder coating lines, an aluminium profile production line for profiles with thermal bridge, a workshop for the manufacturing and adjustment of matrix tooling, two protective film coating lines, two packing lines.

The following types of goods are manufactured:
– profiles for facade, window and KRAUSS entrance groups;
– profiles with thermal bridge KRAUSS;
– interior systems;
– systems for wardrobes, office partitions, glass balconies;
– custom-made profiles.

The total output capacity exceeds 15,000 tons of finished goods per year.

Foundry: At present, two melting complexes, ingot homogenizing furnaces and a laboratory with the up to date facilities are put in operation.

This production area serves for the manufacturing of rods with a length up to 7,000 mm and diameters 127, 152 and 178 mm from alloys with various chemical composition such as AD-31, AD-33, AD-35.

The total output capacity exceeds 24,000 tons of rods per year.

Accessories: Three metal injection moulding machines are put in operation. It allows raising output up to 105 tons of finished goods.

Matrix production: a matrix production equipment was put in operation that cuts the time of production.

At present, in addition to the Moscow office and warehouses, Astek-MT's regional representations are open in the following cities: in Krasnodar - Astek-Yug, in Yekaterinburg - Astek-Ural and in Irkutsk - Profile-Service Company.

The company has more than 1500 permanent clients and the number of clients keeps increasing thanks to its production policy and wide geography of shipments.
